Rogers Dumpster Rental Group runs out of a yard on 4129 South 26th Street, close enough to town that most in-town calls are same-day. The company started after seeing the same pattern too often — missed drop-offs, confusing pricing, or poor communication right when someone needed help the most. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Rogers sits in Benton County — a real, ordinary county government whose seat is neighboring Bentonville, home to Walmart's corporate headquarters and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. That corporate and tech presence has driven one of the fastest-growing, most densely built-up corners of the state, and Northwest Arkansas's real new-construction and home-renovation boom is the backdrop for a lot of what we haul. Real cities spread across the county around Rogers — Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale, Cave Springs, Centerton, Little Flock, Pea Ridge, Avoca, Garfield, Highfill, Gravette, Gentry, Decatur and Siloam Springs — each with its own downtown, its own newer subdivisions, and its own pace of growth. What changes place to place is distance and access, not one uniform shape — a tight in-town Rogers lot near Lake Atalanta is a different job than an open new-build lot out toward Centerton or Cave Springs, and the region's real spring storm season brings down debris the same way across all of them. Knowing which is which before the truck arrives is most of the job.
Whatever you are clearing — storm debris, a family home, a new-construction site or a storm-damaged roof — the container exists for it. Call (479) 458-0198 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take under four minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which in-town Rogers streets narrow down near downtown, which newer Centerton and Cave Springs subdivisions are still being built out, what a fast growth spurt does to a driveway that was poured last year, and which neighboring cities still need their own city's sign-off for a street placement.
Our service area page lists every community we cover, and how close each one is to the yard, and each has its own page covering access, housing stock and the local rules we run into.

Why us
The phone rings at our yard on 4129 South 26th Street, south of downtown Rogers. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight in-town lot and a wide-open new-build lot out toward Centerton or Cave Springs.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most orders in Rogers go out the same day. Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale and Cave Springs are usually same- or next-day; Gravette, Gentry, Decatur and Siloam Springs are more often next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tight in-town lot, a gravel drive, or a new-construction site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
Northwest Arkansas is in the middle of a real, sustained new-construction and home-renovation boom. We size jobs for both ends of it — a single-room remodel dumpster on a Tuesday and a framing-phase roll-off on a new-build lot the next.

Credentials
Straightforward, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Fully insured for general liability and commercial auto. A certificate of insurance goes to your property manager, general contractor or builder on request, usually the same day.
Rogers Dumpster Rental is locally owned and still runs out of one yard. The number on this page reaches the Rogers yard, not an answering service in another state.
Close to the yard in Rogers and the surrounding Benton County communities — Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale, Cave Springs, Centerton and the rest — with a few farther towns covered honestly as next-day, not same-day, before you book.
Clean concrete, scrap metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, not a state mandate here.

Permits
Driveway placement almost never needs a permit. Street placement almost always does. Here's the honest breakdown for Rogers and the rest of Benton County.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our South 26th Street yard to all fifteen communities we cover — Rogers itself, plus Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale, Cave Springs, Centerton, Little Flock, Pea Ridge, Avoca, Garfield, Highfill, Gravette, Gentry, Decatur and Siloam Springs. Rogers and the closer Benton County communities are usually same-day; farther communities are typically same- or next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
Answers
Most jobs across Northwest Arkansas run roughly $300 to $650, depending on the container size, how dense the debris is, how long you keep it and how far out the delivery address is — every job is genuinely different, so that is a general market range, not a quote. What matters more is how the price is built. Ours is a flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Call with a short description of the job and you will get a firm number on that call, not a callback.
Near our south Rogers yard, a morning call is often a same-day delivery. Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale and Cave Springs usually run same- or next-day; Gravette, Gentry, Decatur and Siloam Springs more often run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.
It depends on where the container sits. On your own driveway or job site — private property — no permit is typically required. Setting a container in a public street or the right-of-way is a different matter in every Benton County city, and generally needs sign-off from that city's public works department first; call the City of Rogers directly before placing one there. Our permit guide covers the pattern across the rest of the service area, since each city's own rules can differ slightly.
Paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, propane tanks and medical waste are never allowed in a roll-off — the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment's Division of Environmental Quality publishes guidance on where that material actually belongs instead. That list applies everywhere we deliver — it is the material that gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard concrete or asphalt driveway — a gravel drive on a newer county lot needs a different approach — and we will talk through the right placement before the truck arrives.
Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and fill dirt run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.
Yes, all 15 Benton County communities we cover — Rogers itself, plus Bentonville, Lowell, Springdale, Cave Springs, Centerton, Little Flock, Pea Ridge, Avoca, Garfield, Highfill, Gravette, Gentry, Decatur and Siloam Springs. Distance is real, so a delivery to a farther community is scheduled next-day rather than same-day and is not priced identically to a Rogers delivery. We tell you both things on the phone before anything is booked.
Northwest Arkansas has two genuinely busy stretches worth planning around: the spring-through-fall building and renovation season that tracks the region's ongoing growth, and the spring storm season, when high-wind and tornado-watch events can spike roofing and yard-debris calls at once. Outside those windows, contractors are more available and containers are easier to schedule. If your job has to run during a busy window, book as far ahead as you can.
